Trooper Kelly MacIntyre is the Community Services Officer for Chester County, Troop J.
​In her daily duties, she gives safety and educational presentations to community organizations, private and corporate groups, and schools. 

Trooper Kelly MacIntyre has been serving with the Pennsylvania State Police since 2012.

Board of Directors

Integral to the Camp Cadet program is its Civilian Board of Directors, whose members come from various backgrounds.  It is the primary mission of this all-volunteer group to identify and secure funding through private and corporate contacts to facilitate the operation of this program.  It’s because of their commitment to Camp Cadet, that we are able to provide this experience completely free of charge to Chester County youth.
